The Touch of Tiffany - Unsurpassed Quality and Excellence By Dale Tiffany Inc.

Dale Tiffany Inc. has set out to bring the "Touch of Tiffany" back into the world. The mere mention of the word Tiffany will immediately call to mind an idea of quality and unsurpassed excellence. A master craftsman with a world renown reputation for producing one-of-a-kind masterpieces, Louis Comfort Tiffany set a benchmark for the rest of the world to follow. At the end, however, his company went bankrupt and he died with some of his greatest works being tossed into attics and trash bins. His work had been so popular and in such demand that it had become common and out of fashion. But, when some of his pieces began commanding six-figure sums at auction with a perpetually diminishing supply, the world once again took notice of the artist and his great works. By that point, however, hardly any could afford the "Touch of Tiffany".

In 1979, Dale Tiffany embarked on an ambitious mission to produce high quality replicas and make the "Touch of Tiffany" affordable to the average person by reproducing original Louis Tiffany designs and styles. Dale Tiffany quickly became the only company in the world to standardize stained glass production. With the revolutionary new process and by using only the best hand-rolled glass, world-class reproductions became affordable. Dale Tiffany still employs the copper foil technique, originally developed by Louis Comport Tiffany over a century ago, to create one-of-a-kind works of art that are sought out by buyers the world over.

Adhering to the design principles of masters such as Frank Lloyd Wright, Philip J. Handel, and of course Louis himself, Dale Tiffany is able to recapture the essence that made the Tiffany name infamous. Dale Tiffany is also able to create pieces that reflect contemporary design schemes and bring the trademark name into the 21st century. The same fanatical insistence upon excellence is employed by Dale Tiffany whether they are making a high-end replica or an affordable table or floor lamp.

Inspired by the Tiffany products being appraised on a popular television show named The Antiques RoadshowTM, Dale Tiffany began making replicas of actual pieces depicted while filming. They are now known simply as The Antiques RoadshowTM Collection and all replicas are designed by the award winning Sergio Orozco. The collection has been a big hit with customers and continues to help set Dale Tiffany apart from the competition. Other famous collections offered by Dale Tiffany include the Sculpture, Museum, Traditional, Home, and of course the Tiffany.

The range of products available from the Dale Tiffany company continues to grow with each year. Just a few of the products they offer are: wall sconces, accents, chandeliers, ceiling fixtures, stained glass windows, pendants, and a full range of table, desk and floor lamps. Of course their entire selection of lighting is available in a dizzying array of styles including Art Deco, Classical/Traditional, Arts & Crafts, Mission, Victorian, and Modern.

Yes, the "Touch of Tiffany" is once again available with the same emphasis on quality. The only difference now is that Dale Tiffany has brought this fabled touch to the public at prices most can afford but still offering people the opportunity to acquire one-of-a-kind pieces at discount prices.
